Luvrens Fashion

1. Definitions

Luvrens Fashion: Established in Hoogeveen, Netherlands, registered under KvK no. 94254079.
Customer: Any person or entity entering into an agreement with Luvrens Fashion.
Consumer: A natural person acting for private (non-business) purposes.
Parties: Luvrens Fashion and the Customer jointly.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, deliveries, and services provided by or on behalf of Luvrens Fashion.
Any deviations are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
Other general terms from customers or third parties are expressly excluded.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros, include VAT, and exclude additional costs such as shipping or administration unless stated otherwise.
Luvrens Fashion reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Unforeseen cost increases may result in price adjustments.
Consumers may cancel the agreement in case of a price increase, unless it results from legal requirements.

4. Samples and Models

Samples or models are indicative only and do not guarantee exact conformity unless agreed in writing.

5. Payment & Late Payment

Late payments incur interest of 1% per month.
Collection costs and damages may be charged.
Luvrens Fashion may suspend services until payment is complete.
In case of bankruptcy or liquidation, all claims become immediately due.

6. Right of Reclamation

If payment is overdue, Luvrens Fashion may reclaim unpaid products.
Returned products must be sent back immediately at the Customer’s expense.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, provided the product:

  • is unused

  • is not customized

  • is not perishable

  • is hygienically sealed (if applicable)

Requests can be sent to luvrensfashion@outlook.com.
Returned items must be sent within 14 days after notification.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt.

8. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Luvrens Fashion until full payment is received.
Products may not be sold or pledged before ownership transfer.

9. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 3–4 working days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

10. Warranty

A 14-day warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Normal wear, misuse, or improper handling are excluded.

11. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days, with original invoice, unused product, and original packaging.
Discounted, perishable, or customized items cannot be exchanged.

12. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 4 weeks after discovery and must relate to an existing agreement.

13. Liability

Luvrens Fashion is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability is limited to direct damages and the invoice amount or insured amount.
Indirect damages are excluded.

14. Force Majeure

Luvrens Fashion is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure.
If force majeure lasts more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

15. Amendments

Luvrens Fashion may amend these Terms.
Consumers may terminate the agreement if changes are substantial.

16. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be handled by the competent Dutch court.
